The design consists of panels of lacey eyelets and stocking stitch, with an optional dinky I-cord for decoration. With notes for altering for smaller or larger sizes. Can be blocked or left unblocked for a choice of finish.

Pattern is provided in both written and charted format, and is worked in the round, bottom up.
