From ‘Jean Frost Jackets’: Not everyone wants to knit “fancy” stitches. This jacket is knit in stockinette stitch throughout. The shape is a bit provocative: there is a slit at the bottom of the middle back. This shorter jacket ends a few inches below the waistline. The bobble edging is crocheted after the garment is assembled and is really not difficult. A basic knowledge of single crochet, with the addition of drawing up loops in a single stitch, and a little practice will yield quick results.
