Description

The Trestlewood Mittens feature a stitch pattern across the back of the hand that is inspired by traditional Scandinavian stockings.
The mittens begin with a simple 1x1 ribbed cuff, and a gusset, shaped by m1 increases, accommodates the thumb. The single cross cable is easy to work without a cable needle, and aside from a few grafted stitches at the top, the Trestlewood Mittens are an entirely seamless knit.

The pattern includes both written and charted instructions for the back of the hand.
