BUTTONS in a contrasting shade are sewn to the stocking-stitch bands which define the yoke of this pretty jumper. It is knitted, for the greater part, in a loose stitch which is ideally suited to light wool—and to summer.

MATERIALS: 7 ounces of 3-ply wool; No. 8 needles (Old UK); a cord for the waist; 2 dozen buttons.

MEASUREMENTS: Bust, 34 inches; length to the underarm seam, 11 inches; sleeve at the underarm seam, 4 inches.
