These headbands use a standard size for adults but can be made larger or smaller as needed. Instructions for altering size are included in pattern. Feel free to place the holly leaves and berries on the headband made for oak, or the oak leaf and acorn on the headband made for grape. It’s okay to mix and match! (But do keep the colors in order.) The grape headband uses simple knit and purl stitches, the holly headband uses a mock cable stitch so that it looks like you cabled but really didn’t (shhh! I won’t tell), and the oak headband uses a very simple cable that’s great for those who want to learn how to cable. It looks fancy but is quite easy to do. The headbands all work up quickly and the decorative extras don’t take too long, either.
