Yummy cowl to fight the strongest winds!

The fringes are worked separately in one or several colors/different lengths and then combined to one main piece.
The main piece is worked in garter stitch only and the loop with knit and purl stitches.

The fringe repeat is easy to remember and I would recommend double point needles to make them although any other needle would work as well.

Materials: 2 double point needles size US6 (4.0mm) = for fringe only, 1 straight or 24” circular knitting needles size US13 (9 mm) for main piece, straight or circular 24” needles size US 7(4.5 mm) for loop piece OR SIZES NEEDED
