Q & A:
I’m confused about working the tucks. Can you clarify? It is a modified tuck. The tucks are worked on the RS. You would pick up the knit stitch 7 rows below, slip to LH needle and knit it together with the next st. This will create the elongated stitch and fold (bringing 2 right sides together) to form the horizontal tuck.
