This is a loafer-style slipper with a decorative top. Tunisian simple stitch gives a thick, durable, cushiony sole and seamless/join-as-you-go design. Interchangeable granny squares (five different granny squares included with the pattern) let you customize your slippers.

Unfortunately, I don’t have access to enough feet to come up with systematic sizing information. However, I have provided a fair bit of guidance about how to re-size and/or adapt to different yarn sizes. This pattern should work exactly for size 8-8.5 feet and nearby sizes, and certainly as a recipe for others.

This is a good pattern for heavy acrylic yarns, and uses a fairly small amount so may be a good way to get rid of odds and ends--just make sure you are using the hook size called for by the yarn, not sizing up for Tunisian.
