This hat comes in two different styles, both included in the pattern, a slouchy beanie and a traditional retro cute one with a tassle. Since the pattern has the Swedish scout symbol on, this pattern is only available in Swedish. Should anyone be interested in an English or German version, just tell me and I will translate it.

The yarn used is my own Cindercilla yarn, The Jean Genie in the colours Sunbleeched and White. For the beanie you need just short of 50 g Sunbleeched and 5 g White. The tassled version uses 60 g of Sunbleeched. The yarn is available in my web shop www.cindercilla.com. You can however of course use any fingering yarn in the right colours. For Equmenia members interested in the perfect purple, just email me and I’ll get dyeing.

The hats are ideally knitted in the round, but you can of course knit them flat and sew them along the edge. The hat is knitted with a tubular cast-on and the scout symbol in intarsia technique and the pattern has links to my youtube channel where I explain how to do it (in Swedish).
