Special Notes:

The pattern uses 100g (400m) Dye Candy (SW Merino/Nylon 4ply sock yarn) but any similar sock yarn or 4ply with equivalent meterage could be substituted.

I was asked to produce this design by The Glen Gallery who wanted to show off the yarn of a local Indie Dyer. The brief was to design a super-easy pattern with minimum fuss. Suitable for any level of knitter including a beginner.

The pattern includes instructions to make a long and skinny scarf and an unusually shaped cowl with button fastening.

To achieve the gathered effect of the stitch the use of two pairs of different sized knitting needles is required.
All sizes given are approximate due to the loose constuction of the fabric.
