From the Designer:

This classic men’s mock turtleneck is easy to knit up, but the three-color tweed really makes it stand out. If you’re new to this type of stitch pattern, don’t let it intimidate you - there are no tricky techniques to master - if you can knit, purl, and slip stitches, you can do it! Choose from either dropped shoulders or set-in sleeves; both instructions are included. - Sue McCain

Sizes range from XXS (32.5”) to 6X (73”).
