A gorgeous crocheted poncho is the perfect alternative to a jacket or sweater on a chilly day. It is beautifully warm, but also light weight due to the lovely ribbed texture and slightly openwork fabric.

This poncho is also super simple to create! It is made by joining 2 rectangles together with 2 simple seams. The ribbed neckline, done using front post and back post stitches, completes the poncho.
