Male tweed set: hat and double-sided scarf. This model is perfect for you, if you have not mastered knitting needles yet! The set is knitted using two strands of yarn together. Scarf: 200gr/7oz, start by making a stitches long provisional cast on using a scrap of waste yarn. This is necessary so at the end you could close stitches at both ends of the scarf in the same way.
Hat: 100gr/3.5oz. Use the Long Tail Cast-on and join in the round.
If you want to knit a hat of a different size, then cast on the number of stitches you require. But the total must be a multiple of 5.
