Like Tweedledum and Tweedledee, Tweedle Pants longies and footies are two sides of the same coin. Worked in the round from the top down, both styles are worked the same until the legs. Use this pattern as your go-to basic longies/shorties/capris pattern as well as a footies pattern.

Generous short rows in the back and a flap-style crotch combine to provide a good fit over bulky cloth diapers, but can be customized for a slimmer fit. No increases are used to form the crotch, meaning that the patterning of hand-painted yarn will not change in the lower hips/crotch.

Instructions for working short rows in the round are included, as well as suggestions for placing cables, and a variety of cuff options.
