This had began as a swatch a long time ago. I was playing around with cables and lace combinations and thought it would make a nice hat. But none of the yarns I was using at the time worked how I envisioned.

Then one day I was knitting with Quince and Company’s Sparrow and loved the drape and thought this might be a good fit.

I love the result. It’s has a lovely drape and is a great for in-between the seasons.
