Twickham
Twickham has a simple knit and purl design that climbs up the hat before moving into a stockinette top. With both charts and written instructions, knitters can choose the most comfortable way to follow the pattern.

Approximately 150 yards of worsted weight yarn total

Hat has a fitted rib and body. Fits the average woman’s head.

Abbreviations
dpn – double pointed needles
k – knit
k2tog – knit 2 together
m1 (knit) – lift loop between stitches from back, knit into front of loop
p – purl
rnd – round
sl – slip
ssk – slip, slip (knitwise), knit slipped sts together

Please note: gauge is for a fitted hat, if you would prefer a slouchier hat, I would suggest using a size 5 for the brim and a size 7 for the body of the hat.
