Construction:
This shawl starts at the top with the Syrian Pattern (charted). Next you pick up stitches along one edge of the triangle and continue in feather and fan (written out row by row for all rows) and add the edging (12-row repeat written out row by row). Then you pick up stitches along the other edge of the triangle and work feather and fan plus edging. This leaves you with a short seam to sew to connect the two halves together.
