Need quick gift for both guys and gals on your holiday list? Look no further!

Knit in the round, this reversible cowl has a ‘snug-to-the-neck’ fit ~ perfect for times you want warmth without bulk.

The pattern includes 2 versions: Version 1 features eyelet details along the diagonal knit lines; Version 2 is a solid knit, without lace details. With these options it’s a great gift for anyone on your list.

And it’s a quick knit as well -- worsted weight yarn and large needles make it a project that can be completed in an evening. The hand-dyed yarn used for the sample is a luscious merino, cashmere and silk blend that is just like butter against the skin and its subtle colour shadings complement this pattern perfectly.

Internet links are provided in the pattern for working a Jogless Bind Off in the Round.

Technique Notes:
Larger needles are used for casting on and binding off to make sure it easily slips over the head. Pattern is charted as well as written out. Using a flex stitch allows the pattern to utilize the same chart and written directions for both versions, making the entire pattern only 4 pages.
