What to do with those leftover bits of sock yarn? Knit awesome baby socks! Twinkle Twinkle Little Toes is a knitting sock pattern for baby socks in four sizes. Top down sock construction includes working in the round, star toe, afterthought star heel and the kitchener stitch. Prior sock knitting experience will be helpful. Three variations are included (see below). This pattern needs only 25-40 grams of leftover sock yarn. Not quite enough yarn? No problem, feel free to mix and match for the toes and heels. Of course, my own half pint sock yarn can be used if you are out of leftover yarn. I use a set of DPN, a round marker and a needle for weaving in ends when I knit these up.
