This skirt is knit from the top down in one piece. It features a foldover waistband to encase adjustable elastic. Because of the elastic and ribbing at the waist the pattern easily expands to grow with the child and is somewhat forgiving of guage.

The sizing of this pattern is given as a waist measurement. Multiple options for finished length are also given.
