Errata:
Row 2 of Outer bag should read: Ch 2 (does not count as a stitch), working into the back loop only of each stitch across row, 1 hdc into each of the next 8 sts, 1 sc into each of the next 4 sts, 1 sl st into each of the next 4 sts, [1 sl into each of the next 4 sts, 1 sc into each of the next 4 sts, 1 hdc into each of the next 16 sts, 1 sc into each of the next 4 sts, 1 sl st into each of the next 4 sts] 3 times, 1 sl st into each of the next 4 sts, 1 sc into each of the next 4 sts, 1 hdc into each of the next 8 sts, turn -128 sts.

With a little clever seaming, a long wavy strip twists into a cute little crocheted bag. A crocheted lining gives it heft plus a jazzy contrast color.

The purse frame/handle that I used is available here on Etsy.
