This beanie is a quick to knit project. It’s simply constructed from the bottom to the crown. The pattern is divided into 3 steps - the brim, the body of the hat and the crown (finishing the beanie) knitting.

Skill level: intermediate

Skills: knit, purl, k2tog, 1 stitch left/right leaning cable, knit in round

Sizes: adult medium

Finished measurments: approximately 21,5 cm wide, 23 cm tall laying flat

Materials:
Yarn: 10 ply/aran/worsted

Suggested brand: 1,5 skeins (approximately 75g) of Drops Nepal in aqua blue unicolor 8908

Needles: 4 mm (US 6) circular needle
4 mm (US 6) DPN needles (optional for crown shaping if stitches on circular needles gets too tight)
or size to obtain gauge

Other materials: tapestry needle, stitch marker

Gauge:

approximately 17 stitches in 10 cm (4 in) in stockinette stitch on 5 mm (US 8) needles (as given on ball band)

approximately 20 stitches in 10 cm (4 in) in stockinette stitch on 4 mm (US 6) needles (designer’s tension)
