These are a quick knit with a relatively easy cable, the BFL makes them really soft.

bfl is pretty drape-y if you are substituting with a different yarn make sure to check your gauge.

the yardage is an estimate. it is definitely less than 200 because that is how much was in the one hank I had, and I don’t think I used more than half of the skein.

I’ve used cascade 220 worsted with spectacular results. though you might want to go up to 3.75mm or even 4.0mm.
