I came up with this stitch pattern while swatching one day. I accidentally twisted the slip stitch and loved the effect so I made it the feature in this sock.

The sock is imminently customizable size up or down depending on your foot.

I am suggesting using Cat Bordhi’s Sweet Tomato Heel and have given links for video and instruction, within the pattern. But please note, this pattern does not include complete instructions for that technique. Experienced sock knitters should be able to understand what’s going on by the videos that I linked to (with Cat’s permission and request). But I recommend downloading Cat’s book, Cat’s Sweet Tomato Heel Socks. It’s so worth it.

I used Blue Moon Fiber Arts Socks that Rock Heavyweight for a heavier-weight sock that is just a little over the top.

I hope you enjoy the socks, can’t wait to see pictures.
