What is a tambini, you ask? Why it’s a convertible hat that starts out as a tam with a wide brim. Just fold up the reversible cabled brim and voila’, the tam turns into a cozy beanie. Sized to fit most heads, this versatile hat only takes 220 yards of worsted weight yarn. Perfect for the intermediate knitter that is looking for a warm mid-winter/early spring hat that can be changed as the weather warms during the day to a tam. This hat can be knitted in the round by magic loop.
