It is a fairy easy advanced knitter friendly knitting pattern that includes the following sizes: 0-6 months, 6-18 months, 18 months - 3 years, 3 years - 5 years, 5 years - 8 years. if you have any experience with basic increases, decreases and any knitting experience at all, you will do great!

Gauge: 18st in 4in /10cm

You will need a skein of Worsted yarn and knitting needles (to obtain the gauge). You can use either straight double pointed needles, or any circular needles for Magic Loop. also you will need a darning needle to weave in the yarn ends and to graft the back of the bonnet - all that is explained in the pattern!
the hat is knit in the round. there is no sewing.
