The Two Steps Forward Shawl is knit from tip to tip with double increases and decreases creating a step-like effect along the bottom edge. A reversible mesh-like lace pattern makes both sides equally beautiful and easy to wear.

Yarn: Approx 400 yds of fingering weight yarn. Sample shown in Anzula Lunaris, Colorway - Blueberry, 80% SW Merino, 10% Cashmere, 10% Stellina.

Dimensions (AFTER BLOCKING): 72 inch wingspan, 17 inch depth

Needles: US size 5.

Notions: Tapestry needle.

Gauge: 30 stitches by 40 rows is 4 inches in garter stitch on US size 5 needles. (since this is a shawl, gauge is not important for this project).
