This is a fun hat. With very minimal seaming, and you even can change the color chart by drawing any pattern you want with the blank chart I provided in the end of pattern. :D

I coming up with this technique because I don’t like the result when I had to pick-up to make earflaps and don’t like knit a hat from the top crown. For me, this more effortless. I love this technique and already using it in some of my other designs too.

The skills needed are: basic knitting, basic decrease, basic seaming, provisional cast on, and three-needle bind off.

I specifically write on how many needles used in the process, so please read all the instructions. :)

I made this hat in one size. But you can easily make this hat into another size by changing the yarns and needles into bigger ones.
The samples knitted in SA Poyeng yarn in 2 different solid colors, but feel free using any DK yarn that suited for 3.5 - 4.5 mm knitting needle.

What you need are = DK weight yarns in 2 solid colors, needle suitable for the yarn, darning/tapestry needle, and a crochet hook if you used the same cast-on method as I used.

You may not distribute or sell electronic or paper copies of this pattern, but you may sell the finished product, just please mention my name. :)

English is not my first language, so please email me if you find errors or suggestions for this pattern.

Thank you, hope you enjoy this pattern :)
