This cardigan is knitted flat and seamed with shaped sides. The unusual pattern features increased sts that are decreased in subsequent rows. The welts and cuffs are worked in 1x1 rib, while the front edgings and neckband are in striped G st. A twisted cord is threaded through eyelets at the neck, and tassels are attached to each end of the cord. Finally, sprigs of flowers are embroidered into the pattern.
