11 ozs. (310 gr) Lister’s Lavenda wool, 3-ply in white and 1 oz. (30 gr) in navy blue; 1 pair each No. 9 (3.75 mm/US 5) and no. 12 (2.75/US 2) knitting needles; 6 buttons.

Tension:
Over the bobble-stitch pattern (along a 10th pattern row) after light pressing, 22 sts. to 3 inches, and 9 rows to 1 inch. Over the fair isle pattern, 8 sts. to 1 inch and 17 rows to 2 inches.
