This is a hat I have made for my Uncle, who is a big time hiker,he’s been all over the world, and has completed the Long Trail (in sections). So I chose a hiker motif and I wanted to do some fair isle work, because I haven’t really done it before. I lined it with polar fleece, for extra warmth, he lives in Vermont, and because wool isn’t soft enough for him.
