This blanket can be sized for your own needs. You just need to add as many chains as you need for the width of your blanket and keep adding rows for the height. You need to remember this pattern is done in multiples of 3. You determine the size from a dishcloth to a king size blanket.

You choose your colors. It looks best when made with 2 contrasting colors. I usually use the colors that are appealing to babies…. You can also make this with baby weight yarn.

This blanket is a good beginner project. The other more advanced stitch is the picot stitch trim around the last trim row. Other than that it is pretty straightforward.
