Cold and dreary winter days make me long for spring. As much as I love the crisp fall days and the first snow of the year, I find myself longing for spring and spring flowers. This cowl has fun tulip cables “blooming” around your neck. The smaller size is perfect for under your winter coat and uses just one skein of yarn. The larger size can be worn long, or looped twice for extra warmth. Knit from the top down the finished length can be easily adjusted.

The small size uses one skein of Shepherd Sport Solid. The large two skeins.

This cowl is the third in my “Jazz spring” accessory series - a companion to the Spring is Just Around the Corner Hat featured by Windy Knitty for the 2015 Chicago Yarn Crawl and the Joy Spring Mitts
