“V” Formation was inspired by the flocks of geese as they fly south for the winter. It can be knitted to any depth and fits most adults. One skein of Malabrigo Worsted at 210 yards or any other Aran weight yarn is plenty of yarn to complete one cowl. There is a photo tutorial in the pattern to explain how to knit the “V” stitch. The only other items needed will be a stitch marker and a blunt tip needle to weave in ends.

It has been brought to my attention that I goofed and forgot to include the 1 inch of 1x1 ribbing at the beginning of cowl pattern. If you want a scalloped edge just don’t knit the ribbing, otherwise you have to knit 1 inch of k1, p1 ribbing. Sorry for the inconvenience. The rest of the pattern is fine.
