This scarf features the delicate fern in its simplistic elegance. It is a quick to knit pattern and uses worsted weight yarn in any favorite color. You can follow either the charts or line by line written pattern instructions to make this scarf a favorite fancy neck wear!

Finished measurements: 66” (167cm) long x 6” (15cm) wide

Yarn: 246 yards (225m) worsted weight. Sample used 1 ball of Lion Brand Heartland Yarn in color Denali; 100% Premium Acrylic; 251 yards (230m)/5oz (142gm). Please note: this yarn will need to be steam blocked if you want the scarf to lay flat. A suggested alternate yarn: 1 skein Red Hearts Super Saver in color--Light Raspberry. Also, wool yarn lays flat beautifully once blocked.

Needles and Notions: Size U.S. 9 (5.5mm) straight needles, plus 1 extra needle to hold stitches; yarn needle to work Kitchener stitch to join the center of scarf; yarn needle to sew in loose ends.
