A snap to make and available in two weights, DK and worsted weight yarns! They are plain vanilla mitts, good for the beginner and the experienced knitter looking for a quick knit. Easy to make, they make great gifts for the Holiday Season!

Difficulty: Beginner –These mitts are knit are very simple to make and a good pattern for beginners and experts alike. I have many over 20 pairs of these mitts in 2 Holiday Seasons! You only need to know how to knit, purl and make stitches.

Construction: These mitts are made from the bottom cuff up. Increases are used to make the thumb gusset

Samples were knit with Malabrigo Worsted weight yarn and BC Yarnings DK weight

Worsted weight mitts are knit on US size 8 and DK weight mitts are knit on US size 6

Approximately 165 yds of either weight yarn
