This hat features a trendy Scallop-pattern inspired by waves and shells. It’s knitted in fingering yarn wich makes for a light and comfortable hat suitable for many winterdays.

Sizes:
Small (Medium) Large (XLarge)
Circumference brim:
53cm/20.8” (56cm/22”) 59cm/23.2” (62cm/24.4”)
Height from CO edge to top-center of crown: 21cm/8.3” (21cm/8.3”) 24cm/9.5” (27cm/10.6”)
The size is for a unworn (unstretched) hat, the medium sample hat in the pictures is shown on a 56cm / 22” head.

Needles:
2.5mm / US1.5 DPN:s or a long circular needle for magic loop. I knit loosely, so you should probably go up a needle size if you knit tight.

Yarn:
Rauma – Finullgarn
175 m/ 50 g, 100 % wool
35g A = Yellow 4405
20g color B = Mint 4887
20g color C = White 401
Or any other fingering weight yarn at 191 yards / 175m/50 g which gives you proper gauge.

Gauge:
27sts x 32rows = 10 x 10cm / 4” in stranded knitting after blocking
