Venetia Cardigan is worked top down with raglan increases - but with a twist to create a puffy sleeve effect. Around the waist a casing for a ribbon is worked in seed st. After the casing the number of sts is increases to achieve a feminine, dressy shape. A simple eyelet pattern is worked along the front edges and along the bottom.
