This sweater is meant to be a versatile piece in a girl’s wardrobe. It can be layered over or under many different types of garments; jeans, skirts, dresses, overalls, shorts, leggings, etc. When knit in a wool/cotton blend, it is comfortable enough to be worn all year round, even in the warmer months. The fit is also flexible–it begins as a boxy relaxed tunic, but can be worn with less ease as the child grows, giving it more use than a traditional garment.
