This shawl is about fountains and luxury. It is constructed as a crescent from the top down starting with a stocking stitch section followed by ample lace of fountain spray that ends in a mist of droplets.

The pattern is written for 2 sizes, every row is instructed, and stitch counts are also provided throughout so that you may create a pretty shawl without missing a step.

Also, throughout the pattern I’ve included the points at which you may weigh your yarn in order to keep track of yardage. Some of my testers and I have recorded each of these amounts for our samples which you can check out in the Ravelry projects for this pattern for comparison to help you.

Fingering weight and lace weight yarns are best choices for this piece and beads are also welcome additions for extra decadence but are not included in the pattern.

There are 5 pdfs included in the purchase of this pattern:
1) Condensed Both Sizes - Full instructions for both sizes.
2) Size S Only - Instructions for size S in larger font and spaced for ease of viewing (especially pattern repeats).
3) Size L Only - Instructions for size L in larger font and spaced for ease of viewing (especially pattern repeats).
4) Chart Size S - full chart of every lace row.
5) Chart Size L - full chart of every lace row.

Errata:
Size L, Row 75 should read “to within 2sts of marker” not 1.
Chart row 61, should be k4 at the beginning not k3.
