Vertex
A very simple, asymmetric cardigan becomes so much more with the addition of a bold, striped, triangular buttonband.
Materials: 
Colour A: Approximately 800 (900, 1100, 1300, 1500, 1700, 2000, 2300, 2600, 2900) yards of Northbound Knitting MCN Worsted 
Colour B: Approximately 100 yards of Northbound Knitting MCN Worsted 
US size 8 (5 mm) circular needle (or size needed to obtain gauge) 
US size 8 (5 mm) double pointed needles (or size needed to obtain gauge) 
Stitch markers 
2 stitch holders or scrap yarn 
Tapestry needle 
8 buttons
Gauge: 
4 sts= 1 inch in stockinette stitch
Finished Measurements: 
Finished bust measurements: 32 (34, 36, 38, 40, 42, 44, 46, 48, 50)”

K=Knit 
P=Purl

Rs=Right side

M1R=With left needle tip, lift strand between sts from back to front, knit into front of loop 
M1L=With left needle tip, lift strand between sts from front to back, knit into back of loop 
K2tog=Knit two stitches together 
Ssk=Slip, slip, knit slipped stitches together 
W&T=Wrap and Turn-Bring yarn to the front, slip one stitch from left hand needle to right, bring yarn to the back and slip stitch back to left hand needle. Turn work and bring yarn to the back. (Or W&T method of your preference.)
