Vicky the Magical Oyster is one of my Scrap Yarn Challenge knitting patterns. At the beginning of 2017, I began asking what some of the yarn in the Sincerely Louise stash should be knitted into. I’d post photos of my stash yarn on instagram and people would suggest what it should become. I picked my favourite ideas, knitted them and immortalised the person who suggested each project by naming the pattern after them, just like Vicky the Magical Oyster here.

The idea behind the Scrap Yarn Challenge is that you should be able to knit these projects with leftover DK yarn from your stash. The projects transcend traditional colours, some even venture into the mythical realm, which makes them great stash busters!

You can get involved with my next SYC (scrap yarn challenge) on our Instagram or Facebook, find me at @sincerelylouise.

Pattern Information
I’ve included the first page of the pattern, with the information and materials information and a snippet of the pattern, so you can see the style it’s written in. I include every row so the project can easily be scaled up or down.
