This miniature crochet Victorian-style birdcage is home to a flocked bird perched on a crocheted swing. Adorned with scrolls and pearls this cage is intricate and sits on a three-footed ornate pedestal. Small flowers cascade from the dome and spill over the side.

Materials:
• 150-yd ball cotton thread (size 10)
• Steel crochet hook, size 8 (1.50 mm)

• Sm plastic or flocked bird
• Sm runner of flowers
• Crafters string pearls
• Glue/glue gun

Molding Materials:
• Commercial fabric stiffener
• Plastic wrap
• Rust proof pins
• 2 (6-oz) cans tomato paste (2” dia)
• 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce (2 1/2” dia)
• 2 empty cardboard tissue rolls
• 1 ½” dia Styrofoam ball, cut in half
• Scroll template, included

• Sm amt of polyester fiber filling
• ¼” thick cardboard
