This is an easy shrug in a beautiful Victorian lace pattern. A quick knit perfect of that last minute gift. Very flexible sizing so the child can wear it multiple seasons. The cuffs can be folded back for a smaller child and folded down as they grow. Shrug can be customized for the child depending on how much of the sleeve is sewn up. Knitted horizontally from cuff to cuff and picked up around the front and back for the collar.
