Vinca minor is the name of this Society Socks colorway--and the botanical name of the dwarf periwinkle. Surely these socks were destined for my gardening mother, who loves both plants and handknit socks. The “flowers” are formed with an easy slipped-stitch pattern that would be attractive in any multi-colored yarn.
