Each square is made up of a number of rounds and the amount of rounds determines how big or small your square will be. For this tutorial, I will give instructions to make a 12 round square which is about 14x14 inches, more or less. You can also adjust the size of your square by using a bigger or smaller hook. Each square is done in random color combinations with the final round, the joining and the edging done in cream. Each square is then joined to the next, as many as you want until you reach the size desired for your blanket.
Materials: I/9 5.5mm hook Scissors Blunt end tapestry needle for weaving in ends Yarn: Various colors of acrylic yarn for each square – great way to use up scraps. For the main color I used Hobby Lobby’s I Love This Yarn in Cream
