Bright modern colors combine with an antique lace edging to make this special baby blanket that was designed for my Goddaughter’s baby - Violet. Yarn-overs at the beginning of each row of the garter stitch center make picking up the edge stitches simple and this construction makes this blanket easy to adjust any size. The sample was knit using Blue Sky Alpaca’s super soft Worsted Cotton.
