I need to design a pattern in honor to what has become my favorite series! Oh, how I would love to live on the wonderful Virgin River, with its endless woods, its calm water lake, Jack’s bar and Connie’s shop… and of course, being part of their sewing circle! Would you like a cake from Paige’s stall?

SIZES AND MEASUREMENTS

Size 1 (58 stitches), size 2 (66 stitches), size 3 (74 stitches).

Size 1 - 17 cm of circumference.
Size 2 - 19 cm of circumference.
Size 3 - 21 cm of circumference.

The measurements of the sizes correspond to an unstretched sock.

GAUGE

9 stitches and 12 rows per inch in stockinette stitch using 2.5mm needles.

YARN

• 1 skein of Yarnitas Soft Alpaca (400m/ 100g, 60% SW Merino 20% Superfine Alpaca 20% Nylon) or the equivalent weight of any sock yarn. Color is “Mel & Jack”, both color and base are a limited edition for the Shifting Seasons Sock Club 2022.

TECHNIQUES

Knitting in the round. Lateral braid. Reinforced heel flap. Star toe.
Reading basic charts.

¿Cómo no dedicar este patrón a la que se ha convertido en mi serie favorita? Me encantaría vivir en el maravilloso Virgin River, con sus bosques interminables, su lago de aguas tranquilas, el bar de Jack y la tienda de Connie… formar parte del club de costura y merendar pasteles del puesto de Paige.
