Voyager Hat
This design dates back to at least the Civil War and many believe it served the colonist soldiers in the revolution, accounting for its other name - “Liberty Hat”. Originally made from scraps of handspun wool yarn, the hat kept the traveller warm all day and the giant pom served as a pillow for his head at night. It is simple to make and wonderfully warm to wear. Its rich history makes it a perfect fit for Frontier, the rustic, handspun natural colored wool yarn from Raven Frog Fibers.
