As I stitched this shawl, my thoughts wandered to another fascinating creation, my granddaughter Willow, who would be born a few months later. Using a “join-as-you-go” technique allowed me to create this stunning shawl with a touch of mystery. I love the look of the lace and the ease of assembly. I hope you do, too!
